DOCG Prosecco Superiore Extradry
The color is bright straw yellow enlivened by the perlage.
It is rich in aromas of fruit, apple and pear. On the palate it is soft and at the same time dry thanks to a lively acidity. Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal, served at 8-10 °C. The residual sugar ranges from 12 to 17 g/l.

With its softer and more aromatic taste, it pairs well with Asian dishes, fresh cheeses and fruit. It is perfect with delicate risottos and savory pies. Its light sweetness also makes it ideal with light fruit-based desserts.
