Spumante Bianco Extradry made with 100% Glera grapes and with the Charmat method. Ideal for toasts and paired with dessert. It is appreciated served at 7-9 °C.
The residual sugar ranges from 5 to 12 g/l and is placed, on average, in the 7-10 g/l range.
